Lars Medicare clean-room production line for medical disposables in Sonepat, India Quality inspection of IV cannula components
20+ Years of Manufacturing Experience

Every Critical Operation Under One Roof

Our Sonepat (Haryana) facility was designed so that no critical process is outsourced. Mould design, injection moulding, needle grinding, clean-room assembly, ethylene-oxide sterilisation, validation and packing all happen inside the same quality system — which is why our batch-to-batch consistency holds even at high volumes.

  • In-house tool room: new SKUs, gauge variants and customer-specific moulds developed without vendor delays.
  • Controlled clean-room assembly: particulate and microbial monitoring aligned to ISO 13485 requirements.
  • Validated EO sterilisation: cycle records, biological indicators and residue reports retained per batch.
  • Pre-shipment inspection: tensile, flow-rate, leakage and sterility checks documented before container loading.

Why Choose Us

What Importers Gain by Sourcing Directly From the Factory

We work with importers, hospital groups and tender agents who need documented quality, predictable lead times and one accountable manufacturer instead of a chain of traders.

01

Two Decades of Proven Export Experience

Since 2005 Lars Medicare has supplied medical disposables into public tenders, private hospital chains and distributor networks across Africa, Latin America, the Middle East, the CIS region and South-East Asia — with repeat business as the main measure of our performance.

02

Engineering-Led Product Development

Safety shields, blood-control septa and closed-system catheters are developed in-house with our own tooling. When a market needs a different gauge mix, flow rate or connector standard, we prototype and validate it rather than reselling a fixed catalogue.

03

Documentation That Clears Customs

CE certificates, ISO 13485 scope, EC Declaration of Conformity, Free Sale certificates, ISO 10993 biocompatibility data and EO residue reports are prepared in the format your regulator expects — reducing registration and clearance friction.

04

A Technical Team, Not Just a Sales Desk

Our export managers work with the plant's QA and R&D staff, so questions about sterilisation validation, shelf life, drop factor or packaging integrity get a factual answer — usually within one working day, in your time zone.

How We Work With Distributors

From First Enquiry to Container Dispatch

A transparent four-stage OEM and bulk-supply workflow that keeps regulatory, artwork and logistics milestones visible from day one.

Technical Alignment

Share your SKU list, gauge mix, drop factor and regulatory market. We respond with specifications, packing details and the applicable certificates.

Samples & Validation

Evaluation samples are dispatched with batch documents so your clinical team can test insertion force, flow accuracy and pack integrity before commitment.

Artwork & OEM Setup

Private-label design, multilingual IFUs, barcodes and UDI-ready labelling are proofed and locked; tooling adjustments are completed where required.

Production & Shipment

Batch manufacturing, EO sterilisation, QC release and container loading — with FOB, CIF or DDP terms and full export documentation.

Buyer FAQ

Frequently Asked Questions From Importers & Hospitals

Practical answers on certification, OEM, MOQ, lead times and shipping terms — the questions our export desk receives most often.

Which certifications and regulatory documents does Lars Medicare supply with each shipment?

Every export consignment is supported by a CE certificate, ISO 13485:2016 quality management certification, EC Declaration of Conformity, Certificate of Free Sale, batch-wise Certificate of Analysis, ethylene-oxide sterilisation validation records and residue reports. Technical files are prepared in the format required by your national regulator, which shortens product registration in Africa, Latin America, the CIS region, South-East Asia and the EU.

Do you offer OEM and private-label manufacturing for distributors?

Yes. We manufacture under your own brand, including artwork design, multilingual instructions for use, custom pouch and carton printing, barcoding, UDI-ready labelling and country-specific pack configurations. Because the tool room, moulding shop and clean-room assembly lines are in-house, colour codes, gauge mixes and pack quantities can be adapted without depending on third-party vendors.

What are your minimum order quantities and typical production lead times?

For standard neutral-pack items an order can begin at one mixed pallet. For private-label programmes the MOQ is defined per SKU based on printing and tooling needs. Repeat orders of catalogue items normally ship in 3–4 weeks; first-time OEM programmes need 5–7 weeks to allow artwork approval, sterilisation cycles and pre-shipment inspection.

Are your IV infusion sets available DEHP-free and latex-free?

Yes. IV infusion sets, measured volume burette sets and blood transfusion sets can be produced with DEHP-free, phthalate-free compounds and latex-free components for paediatric, neonatal and oncology use. Material certificates and ISO 10993 biocompatibility test reports are provided on request.

How do safety IV cannulas reduce needlestick injury risk in hospitals?

Our safety IV cannula uses a passive needle-shielding mechanism that encapsulates the needle tip automatically on withdrawal, so the sharp is never exposed during disposal. Combined with Blood Control Technology — which stops blood flashback at the catheter hub — it lowers both sharps-injury exposure and blood-borne contamination in high-turnover wards and emergency departments.

Which Incoterms, ports and shipping documents do you work with?

We quote FOB, CIF and DDP. Consignments move through Nhava Sheva and Mundra sea ports and Delhi (DEL) air cargo, with consolidated container loading from our Sonepat facility. Documentation includes the commercial invoice, packing list, bill of lading or airway bill, certificate of origin and the applicable free-sale certificate.

How should single-use medical disposables be stored and handled after delivery?

Store cartons in a dry, well-ventilated area away from direct sunlight and solvents, within the temperature range printed on the label, and keep pouches sealed until the point of use. Follow the first-expiry-first-out principle, never re-sterilise a single-use device, and inspect each pouch for integrity, expiry date and sterilisation indicator colour before clinical use.
